Cobra Windscreen Repair Kit

Replacing a chipped or cracked AC Shelby Cobra windscreen is a task made easier by our windscreen repair kit.  Choose the glass style you prefer from clear, tinted or upgrade your screen to a green tinted and heated screen.  The kit comes with everything you need including instructions to strip and rebuild your existing OE Spec windscreen.

Your kit will come with a laminated toughened glass screen, correctly marked for IVA.  The screen also carries correct approval markings for European use as well as DOT approval for American use. 

Crucially the kit also contains a custom designed screen gasket.  This is manufactured to our design to make fitment of the glass to your frame much easier than the usual flat rubber section that you are expected to bend around corners and then trim.   The OE Spec gasket holds the glass in place and comes with a moulded in chamfer to create a neat finish. 

New fixings for OE Spec stainless steel corner brackets are also included.  If you are fitting this kit to a different manufacturers screen, retain and use their fixings.

Please note, this kit is designed to fit an OE Spec windscreen.  It is possible that this kit may fit other cobra windshields, but unfortunately this is not something we can guarantee.  Our screens are very carefully made to ensure the glass fits the frame properly.

Delivery

Unfortunately windscreens cannot be insured through shippers due to them being glass.  Instead we offer some options to get your screen to you.  Any of the following options can be selected at checkout.

1. You are welcome to organise to have your screen collected.  Your screen will be boxed which will help to reduce the risk of damage.  HOWEVER, please be clear that this is at your risk if damage occurs during transit.
2. Your screen can be collected free by appointment from one of 2 locations in the UK. (either Winsford area or Welshpool area)
3. We will, by appointment, travel up to 100 miles from either of those locations to  meet you with your screen for a £100 fee.  You can select this option at checkout
